A woman-owned business, Vision Architecture + Design Group, DPC (Vision A+DG) was started by Maria Giapoutzis, AIA, and a group of New York professionals who have a greater understating of how to approach a problem. With a team that has been working in this industry for decades, we have a large pool of resources to find our clients the solution that is best for their problems.

We appreciate the challenges presented by the city’s architecture and take a practical approach to understand the problems presented by each building while being the building’s advocate and guiding a client or Board through the process of closing out their project.

With a variety of knowledge, our experience crosses from exterior restoration, forensic reports, interior alterations, MEP design, and energy reports. Working in New York, we have work experience on a variety of buildings, whether the building has been standing for over a century or less than 10 years, there is always something new to learn and experience.
